I conducted a detailed time audit, tracking every minute of my week. Categorized activities and used Excel to calculate total hours per category and daily averages for a clear breakdown of time spent.

Recommendations:

Continue: Prioritize 57 hours of sleep weekly for health and 49 hours for school to support academic success.

 

Change: Incorporate at least 30 minutes of personal time (hobbies) on busy weekdays.

 

Stop: Eliminate days with no personal time and redistribute Tuesday’s heavy workload across the week.
